I am genuinely curious about people, about everyone, about YOU. And I LOVE to ask questions.

That’s why I’m a coach.

Ever since I can remember I’ve wondered what makes people tick. I’m always asking myself, why do people do they things they do? Why they do 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵? What do they 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯? And I’m hypervigilant to body language -so I’ll be the one dissecting a party long after it’s over, wondering about that expression I caught, or that inflection in someone’s voice that betrayed how they really felt.

Because I’m a nosy old bag!

I’ll be the one sitting in a café quite happily people-watching for hours on end. In my head I sum up my impressions of the folks around and guess at their relationships and topics of conversation (and in my head I’m always right, of course 😂 😂 😂 )

It stood me in good stead as an actress. Character work is one of my favourite parts of the process and it’s vital to dig down into the ‘why’ of every role. Why 𝘥𝘰 they do 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵?

I never realised how much of coach I was, until I trained in 2018 and found my genuine curiosity was a natural fit for winkling out my clients’ deepest desires, self limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns.

You see along with the curiosity, I’m also a see-the-best-in-a-person kind of person. I was always the cheerleader for my friends, telling them ‘you can do it’ and ‘give it a go’ because I honestly believe most people I meet have amazing skills, talents and stories, no matter how hidden.

Turns out, that’s quite handy for a coach too.

So, now I’m a Visibility Strategist and Confidence Coach, because I combine my acting and screen skills with my coaching AND my natural curiosity (nosiness!) and belief in 𝘆𝗼𝘂. I love working with women because we have such a shared history of hiding our lights under a bushel and playing small. And I firmly believe it is time to step into your spotlight, own your stage and play big!
